New story Alert

Hi everyone,

I know I just sent out a newsletter yesterday, but I have a special announcement today.

Due to the recent viral TikTok post I mentioned in my last Newsletter, I've had many Nigerians asking if I have books or stories on Wattpad.

It seems (I could be wrong) a lot of these inquiries are coming from students who can't afford to buy books. I understand how expensive books, even e-books, can be these days, and it's heartening to see people making an effort to read rather than turning to illegal sites.

So, I've decided to act on this. I have a story that has been sitting in my drafts for more than two years.

Initially, I started publishing it as a web series on my now-defunct blog, but I took it down because I wasn't satisfied with its direction. Later, I refined it for an anthology submission that didn't pan out. Since then, the story has just been sitting idle.

Given the recent interest in Wattpad, I've decided to try this platform for my audience.

The story is fantasy and romance, which is what I typically write. I'll be uploading a new part of the story every Monday. Depending on how it's received and the readership it gets, I may continue writing it further.

For those interested in reading a free story, you can find the first part on Wattpad now. I'll keep posting until the story is complete or until I reach where I've currently stopped writing.
